20 MINUTES FLAT!!!! Oh hells yeah I'm back! Karate rocked in that aspect. Of course, like Sensei said, I couldn't push an extra step to get 19 somthing? Dah well, better luck next time. I finally got my breathing back and I felt great. The rest of class was fun too.

Glad you're feeling a little bit better. Feel free to spill to me anytime of course. That's what these ears are for ;-). Your wings are looking a lot better and they're definately almost healed. Tao was glad to help by the way and she and I are doing alright. Hopefully bad thing went bye-bye but in any case, it won't be coming back to haunt you. Don't forget to stretch them =)
